AicroStrategy is an advanced AI-powered on-chain protocol designed to maximize Bitcoin exposure through the use of convertible bonds, combined with dynamic, AI-driven management. Built on Base, AicroStrategy introduces an innovative approach to capital raising, leveraging assets to increase BTC holdings and drive increased utility of cbBTC.
The protocol is designed to replicate a decentralized version of Michael Saylor’s Bitcoin accumulation strategy. Funds are raised through the issuance of convertible bonds, which are subsequently deployed to acquire BTC. What differentiates AicroStrategy is its ability to dynamically adjust leverage and optimize risk exposure based on real-time market conditions by using AI-driven analytics to fine-tune leverage ratios and risk management.
