212What’s a Rich Text element?

The rich text element allows you to create and format headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, images, and video all in one place instead of having to add and format them individually. Just double-click and easily create content.

Static and dynamic content editing

A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text test link to that field in the settings panel. Voila!

How to customize formatting for each rich text

Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.

Polyroll has conducted a successful launch of its decentralized gaming platform using the Chainlink Verifiable Random Function (VRF) to determine outcomes. By having random outcomes settled using a provably fair and tamper-proof random number generation (RNG) solution, Polyroll players have verifiable proof that the results are fair and follow stated odds. Random numbers used to dictate outcomes are backed by cryptographic proof verified on the blockchain, meaning outcomes are not manipulated by players, the oracles, or the Polyroll team.

These features have brought the highest level of integrity not only to the blockchain gaming industry, but the entire gaming industry as a whole. Unlike traditional games that run in black boxes, Polyroll runs on transparent, immutable and non-custodial contracts where the key input of randomness is powered by Chainlink VRF.

Our dapp has processed over 500,000 outcomes in our first 55 days and achieved the highest number of calls to Chainlink VRF by any one project. Polyroll plans to continue its use of Chainlink VRF for its existing games as well as its upcoming multiplayer games.
