Swix is a global property rental business with a proprietary, homestay booking dApp
which allows users to book stays while earning monetary rewards through treasury-backed SWIX.
Swix DAO is sustained by its own algorithmic digital currency, SWIX, which is backed by a treasury of Reserve assets (Stablecoins, ETH) and the property premium value (Metaleases).
Swix is here to deliver a new concept of on-chain ownership of real-world assets, where holders of the SWIX token are granted access to a universe of beautiful properties located in prime locations all over the world, while earning juicy rewards.
