Titan Builder is a professional entity that assembles transactions into blocks on the Ethereum blockchain. Following Ethereum’s transition to proof-of-stake, builders compete to create the most profitable blocks by ordering transactions to extract value, known as Maximal Extractable Value (MEV), before proposing them to validators for inclusion in the chain.
